I’ve just noticed that Microsoft released new certification for their SaaS offering – Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert.
Since I have Office 365 certification from 2016 I need to rush and pass one more exam – Skype for Business Server 2015 is obvious choice. Then I would need to pass two more new exam and I will get upgraded 🙂
Long time no write :).
I know it’s been a while. I am writing this blog using my brant new iPad Pro 11. I decided to go with base model WI-FI version. I am going to use it only for work. Even just after a couple of days I am spending about 30-40% of my work time in front of this nice device. Meetings, calls, working on documents – it’s a capable machine.
Now I am thinking to go back to replace it with cellular version. I am still not that sold on that. I am not entirely sure that this would be a wise decision.
Yes, I am agree cellular version gives more freedom and portability, you don’t need to bother yourself with tethering from your iPhone. Actually, tethering within Apple Ecosystem is no brainer. Only two caveats: tethering sucking your iPhone battery insanely fast and the Apple will disconnect your iPad after 90 seconds of inactivity (screen off). But still, cellular means additional $199 CAD and since I am not going to work out there every single day – it’s difficult to justify such price bump.
I am not going to deny that I always wanted 11 inch version. I came to the local Apple Store to pick up a 12.9 inch version. But after some consideration I’ve changed my mind and went for 11 inch. Yes, the screen on the big version is just stunning. Keyboard a slightly superior. And what most important – the screen tilts slightly more on 12.9 inch Smart-Folio which is way more convenient to work with.
On the opposite side – iPad Pro 12.9 is huge. And bulky. I don’t know how to deal with this huge PC without Smart-Folio keyboard.
This weekend we are going to Apple Store again with my daughter. She’s having a music creation session. And I will have opportunity to think again. Keep my iPad Pro 11. Go with cellular version. Or break the bank with 12.9
Today I purchased 4 books from Amazon. They suppose to arrive next Monday if weather is going to be benevolent here in Manitoba 🙂
I guess I can take this moment as a beginning of my future library. A bookshelf is coming very soon as well.
So, I am going to have following books in my possession very soon:
The last one is stand out. I really like how Robert is writing. I have listened his “The 48 Laws of Power” and it’s just amazing! This year I am going to buy all his books.
First issue of HBR magazine arrived a few days ago.
I am very happy with it. Finished 10% already.
